ABOUT
Luke Adam Hawker is an artist with a background in Architecture and Design. Luke commenced his career as a designer before he became a full-time artist in 2015. He has a fascination with drawing on location as well as taking the time to notice the world around him. He primarily uses his art as a means to connect with places and people.
Over the years he has collaborated with art consultants, interior designers and retailers on large-scale projects. His clients include The Crown Estate, The National Trust, Highgrove House, Soho House, Penhaligon's, Martin Brudnizki and Annabel’s. Luke's original artwork can be found in distinguished settings such as the Parliamentary Art Collection in London and The Crown Estate as well as establishments like Thomas Pink on Jermyn St and St. James’s Street, London.
In 2021, Luke published his first book titled ‘Together’ and it quickly became a Sunday Times Best Seller. ‘Together’ is a graphic novel that offers a philosophical exploration of the events that took place in 2020. ‘Together’ has been well-received worldwide and over 130,000 copies have been purchased worldwide in eleven different languages.
Following the success of his first book, Luke published his second book in 2023 called ‘The Last Tree: A Seed of Hope’. This heart-warming fable highlights the power of nature in a world without trees. ‘The Last Tree’ has been translated into eleven languages so far.
Luke offers his limited edition prints for sale at various prestigious locations, including The Royal Opera House, St. Paul's Cathedral, The Old Royal Naval College, Battersea Power Station Bookshop, Lloyd’s Building & National Trust Sites.
With a growing presence on social media, Luke has cultivated a loyal audience of over 515,000 followers.
