Do you ship framed prints ?
Unfortunately, due to many frame & glass breakages over the years, I am unable to ship any framed prints. However, please get in touch if you are local to London or Surrey, as I am always more than happy to frame up artwork in my studio or at exhibitions & fairs.
What is the difference between mounted & rolled prints ?
A mounted print option means that the artwork is ready to be put straight into a frame. A mount refers to the card window around the print. A mounted print will be shipped out flat & a rolled print will be shipped in a postal tube.
When will a print be back in stock, as the website states ‘sold out’ ?
If the print states ‘sold out’ this means that the full run of prints has sold out. All of my prints are numbered & limited additions, so once that print has finished its run, then it will no longer be available.
What is your refund & exchange policy ?
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we will be unable to offer you a refund or exchange if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If your order arrives in poor condition then please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product then send us some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase. Please state whether you would like a replacement or a refund and we will then email you with the address to send your return.
